I have never personally been my optimum weight.. I have always been called big. I now look back on some of my early pictures and I dont feel I was the ugly feeling people made me feel. I was beautiful.
But like the picture above we either move poles apart from our original selves because of anger, anger at those who treat us with labels and names based on standards. Standards of beauty set by who? I am not saying all people who over or under indulge come from this background, but most of us do.
I once heard Osho say on a tape something to this effect.
“when you look into a garden and see a two trees next to each other, can you say that one is more beautiful than the other? One is smarter than the other? One is prettier than the other? Then why do we do this to ourselves?”
Think about it!
